Refund policy

PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION TERMS

  1. Agreement to start or payment shall constitute acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
  2. All amounts are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. 
  3. Prices are valid for 30-days from date of issue.
  4. Payments are non-refundable.
  5. For one-time services, full payment is required before the release of final products, e.g., website ‘go live’, final photos and/or videos.
  6. For monthly services, payment for the following month must be made in advance.
  7. If you have provided us your credit card details, you agree that we will process recurring payments on an ongoing basis for the services we provide unless otherwise agreed.
  8. Any services provided in addition to hours per month agreed will be made available by us at the rate of $120 + GST per hour unless otherwise agreed.
  9. Any service can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice by either party.Â
